Alex Sutcliffe experiments with an array of digital and physical processes to explore illusionary qualities of contemporary image making. By spontaneously shifting between digital and physical forms of image production, Alex’s work visualizes the effects of an accelerating pace of image consumption in the current age. Currents was made using text-to-image A.I. models mixed with Alex's own digital painting process and photos taken on his phone. The digital painting was printed onto a hand-painted, textured surface with a specialized printer.

We are located in the heart of the Glebe neighbourhood at the intersection of Bank Street and Fifth Avenue. Metered street parking is available infront of the gallery and 1-hour parking on the residential streets surrounding the gallery.
