Beaten abaca cast paper, wire
63 x 30 x 18 in. / 160 x 76 x 46 cm

"A big part of the work that I do is its tactile sensibilities.  Working with the beaten abaca pulp, and gently forming it into a shape was a very pleasing feeling, and I was happy to keep making these shapes until I ran out of material.  The whole process felt very meditative and I wanted the piece to reflect the quiet peacefulness I felt while it was coming together."
